Corrección del Auto 629/18.
Teniendo en cuenta que el despacho de la Magistrada Ponente constató que los folios 1 y 2 del auto de la referencia no corresponden al texto original del que fue estudiado y aprobado por la Sala Plena de la Corporación, en tanto se incurrió en un error al adjuntar dos páginas que no corresponden a los antecedentes verdaderamente analizados y decididos, se procede a corregir dicho proveído reemplazando los mencionados folios.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del 21 de agosto de 2018, proferido por la Magistrada Ponente Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Daniel Mauricio Perez Linares contra el inciso 4deg (parcial) del articulo 130 de la Ley 270 de 1996 Ley Estatutaria de administracion de Justicia, con radicado D-12817.
- Segundo. ARCHIVESE el expediente.
